At Virelle Form, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition and packaging
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Intimate apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet our return conditions
  • Show signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Are returned without prior contact

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Virelle Form reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating disputes with their financial institution.
