Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Product launches
  • Promotional events

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–15 business days
  • International Orders: 7–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Virelle Form is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses
  • Delivery delays due to incomplete customer information
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Virelle Form is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

Virelle Form is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipment and cannot be changed.
